At Triphal, every product is prepared with care and quality is our top priority. We want you to have a great experience with every order. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1. NO RETURN POLICY
Since all our products are Ayurvedic and herbal consumables, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered — whether opened or unopened. This is to ensure that every customer receives products in the safest and most hygienic condition possible.
We understand this may be inconvenient in some situations, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding. If you have any doubts about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out to us first — we are happy to help you make the right choice.

2. WHEN WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT
We take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end. If you receive a product that is:
- Visibly damaged (broken seal, crushed packaging, leakage)
- Defective (quality issue, foreign matter, unusual colour or texture)
- Incorrect (a different product or variant than what you ordered)
Please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve it for you promptly and fairly.
3. HOW TO REACH US WITH A CONCERN
We request you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can help.
To help us resolve your concern quickly, please share:
- A short unboxing video showing the package being opened
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- Your order number and the phone number or email used at the time of ordering

We review every claim with care and will get back to you within 3–5 business days.
4. HOW WE RESOLVE CONCERNS
Once we review your claim and verify the issue, we will work with you to find the most suitable resolution. Depending on the nature of the problem, this may include:
- Sending you a replacement product
- Issuing a partial or full refund to your original payment method
- Any other resolution that we feel is fair given the situation
We assess each case individually and will always try to do right by you.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, here is what to expect:
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your bank details or UPI ID at the time of resolution.
- Delays caused by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control, but please feel free to follow up with us if needed.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it is dispatched and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. We request you to please accept the delivery — refusing a shipment at the door does not qualify for a refund and may result in the order being lost in transit.
7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we would be happy to re-ship the order to you upon payment of fresh shipping charges.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately so we can correct it before dispatch.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer COD as a convenience for our customers. We do request that if you place a COD order, please be available to receive it. Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may affect your ability to use this payment option in future.
